Aging is a privilege, take advantage. At 83, I still have much more to learn and create, so my plan is to continue teaching and sharing as long as I can. I have achieved a clear, concise vision, and have utmost confidence in my body of work. 
Lack of movement is a public health issue. 
Dancing is not only fun, but also a form of wellness. Even better, research has confirmed that it’s also a great way for your mind to stay in shape, as it requires mental, physical, emotional and social skills. All of these functions working together have proven to be beneficial to my brain and overall health.
